Delta- New International Flights

The world’s largest airline has once again set the bar high by adding new international flights at its Minneapolis-St. Paul hub. The service will be delivered daily and non-stop and it will be between Minneapolis-St. Paul and Mexico City International. Delta stated that the first flight will be on December 18. The aircrafts used for this new service will be the 124-seat Airbus A319, however, the flights are yet to be approved by the Mexican government.

Apart from Mexico City, Delta also offers nonstop seasonal flights to other Mexican destinations from Minneapolis-St. Paul- Cancun, Los Cabos, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta, Zihuatanejo-Ixtapa and Cozumel. The aircrafts wi are equipped with 16 First Class and 108 Economy seats.

Another change will be introduced in the nonstop seasonal flights between Minneapolis-St. Paul and Paris-Charles De Gaulle. These flights will be converted to year-round service. The aircraft used will be Boeing 767-300ER, equipped with 36 BusinessElite seats and Economy 180 seats.

The winter of 2010 will be full of surprises as Delta also plans to expand its nonstop flights between Minneapolis-St. Paul and London-Heathrow from five days a week to daily service. The flights will be operated with a Boeing 767-400ER, featuring 40 full flat BusinessElite seats and 205 Economy seats.
