Baggage information

How much carry-on baggage you can take into the cabin free of charge?
One carry-on item must not exceed 6 kg and 55 x 40 x 20 cm in size. In addition to your carry-on baggage, you can bring one laptop. Carry-on baggage is transported in addition to the checked free baggage. For safety reasons, we may weigh carry-on baggage if there is reason to believe that it exceeds the maximum allowance of 6 kg for carry-on baggage. For safety reasons, the cabin crew is required to store baggage items that are not admitted as carry-on baggage with the other checked baggage in the cargo compartment.

Free baggage allowance per person for all destinations, excluding USA and Canada (Valid for departures from May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011. Subject to change without notice)
Economy/Premium economy class :
For a stay of up to 28 nights - maximum weight 20 kg
For a stay of 29 nights or more (both flights on a single booking / ticket) - 30 kg

Economy/Premium economy class :
First bag is free of charge up to 23 kg
Second bag is cost € 30 per route if booked online via Condor
Special services, or € 40 per route if paid for at the airport (max. 23 kg)
Third bag is cost € 150 per route and you can pay only at the airport.  (max. 23 kg)
Small children (under 2 years of age) are entitled to a free baggage allowance up to 23 kg per one item

Comfort class :
Free of charge - 2 pieces of baggage at a weight of up to 32 kg each
Second bag - 2 pieces of baggage at a weight of up to 32 kg each
Third bag is cost € 150 per route, max weight 23kg, payable at airport only

The baggage allowance specified above is per person. The maximum size per bag is 202 cm and for USA/Canada 158 cm (length + width + height). Any bag exceeding the baggage allowance specified above is subject to excess baggage charges

Children information

Traveling with children
- Two children under the age of two must be accompanied by two adults. (Not entitled to their own seat).
- For each person paying full fare, a discount will be provided for 2 children (under 12 years of age) and 1 infant (under 2 years of age). Discounts:

Economy/Premium Economy/Comfort Class - children under 2 years of age discount is 90%
Economy/Premium Economy Class - children under 12 years of age discount is 25%

- If an infant turns 2 before the return flight, a child's seat (2-11 years) must be reserved and purchased for the infant.
- Strollers/buggies/cribs are transported in the cargo hold at no extra charge. Prior notification is not necessary.

Pets

Airlines pet transport policy
- You may bring dogs and cats weighing up to 6 kg (including container) into the cabin. The size of the container (ventilated and waterproof) may not exceed the dimensions 55 x 40 x 20 cm. The animal should not be able to stick its head out of the container and is not to be taken out during the flight. The container must be placed on the floor in the passenger's foot space.

- The containers should comply with IATA standards (the animal must be able to stand and turn around and to lie down in a natural position). The check-in agents may refuse to transport an animal if the container does not meet IATA standards.

- According to the EU Regulation 998/2003, Concord Airlines may transport dogs and cats within the EU if they are at least 4 months old; and transport dogs and cats from unlisted third countries to the EU if they are at least 7 months old. The transport of young animals (aged between 8 weeks and 4 months) in accordance with the exemption to the EU regulation is not permitted on Condor flights.

- Sick or injured animals or dogs and cats that either gave birth less than 48 hours before the flight will not be transported.
