Baggage information

Baggage allowance details will appear on your ticket. Passengers are required to pay a charge for excess baggage.

Carry-on baggage

Carry-on baggage must be able to fit a compartment above your head or under the seat in front of you into the aircraft cabin. You must not take the following items into the cabin: weapons, arrows, swords, archery bows, knives as well as replica, toy or antique guns.

Checked baggage

Wherever possible, cheched baggage is shipped on the same aircraft as passengers unless decision is made to transport it with another aircraft. We may do so for operational, security or safety reasons. All cehcked baggage shipped on another flight is more often than not delivered to the passengers. The only expection is if the baggage must be cleared through customs by the passenger.

Checked baggage must not contain the following items: identifications documents (such as passports), business documents  or other important documents; jewellery, personal electronic devices, money, precious metals.

An excess luggage charge applies when it comes to transporting domestic pets as checked baggage.

Make sure to contact the carrier for more details regarding baggage regulations.

Children information

Children under 2 years of age do not need to occupy a separate seat. They must sit on their adult's lap.
Unaccompanied children are not allowed to travel on the aircraft. We only accept unaccompanied children who are 12 years of age or older.

Pets

All live pets and domestic animals are taken into the cargo compartment of the plane. They are carried either as cargo or as part of passengers' checked baggage. Passengers must make sure that their pets are placed in secure containers that allow free movement of the pet. Also, documentation is required for pets to be shipped, such as entry and exit permits, vaccination certificates and transit permits, etc.

Please note that pets are not allowed to accompany their owners in the cabin unless they are assistance dogs that are flywing with people with a disability. A fee may be incurred for an assistance dog if both the owner and the dog take up so much space that an adjacent seat has to be occupied by them as well. Arrangements must be made for a passenger to take their assistance dog into the cabin.
